Your partner in whole-person wellness
With almost 20 years of experience in clinical psychology, Dr. Regina Brian (Psy D) integrates her clinical expertise with warmth and a holistic perspective to the journey of healing and growth. As a licensed clinical psychologist and Certified Integrative Mental Health Practitioner, she understands that mental health and physical health are deeply interconnected. Her practice is dedicated to supporting clients in cultivating balance, resilience, and overall wellness—addressing not just symptoms, but the whole person.
Dr. Brian combines evidence-based psychological approaches with integrative practices that consider the mind, body, and lifestyle. She partners with clients to explore the roots of stress, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and life transitions, while also guiding them in building healthier habits, strengthening coping skills, and fostering meaningful change.
Grounded in compassion and collaboration, her practice provides a safe, supportive space for clients of all backgrounds to feel understood and empowered. She often draws on Brené Brown’s wisdom: “Authenticity is the daily practice of letting go of who we think we’re supposed to be and embracing who we are.” This belief is at the heart of her work—helping individuals live authentically, align with their values, and discover pathways toward wellness that honor their unique needs and strengths.
Outside of her professional role, Dr. Brian enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and their Mini Aussie, Murphy. A passionate audiobook enthusiast, she also enjoys discovering gluten-free culinary recipes and experiences and has a special fondness for animals. She values the adventure and personal growth that come with traveling and exploring new destinations.
Dr. Brian is dedicated to helping individuals on their journey towards wellness. She is available to teens and adults who are looking for support and guidance on how to navigate life’s challenges and ruts.
With certification in Alpha-Stim® Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation, an FDA-cleared treatment for anxiety, depression, insomnia, and pain, Dr. Brian offers in-office sessions so clients can experience its calming and restorative effects before deciding whether it’s a good fit for personal use.

Integrative psychology looks at the whole picture — mind, body, and spirit. It blends therapy, mind-body techniques, and medical insight to meet you right where you are. This approach is about more than treating symptoms; it’s about helping you feel balanced, confident, and connected to yourself and your life again.
